Im planning a big renovation and wanted to be sure my house was as level as we can get it beforehand. Prior to calling Stronghold, I had 2 other foundation companies come out. They gave me ridiculous estimates ($35-60k)- one wanted to enclose my entire basement and crawl space with plastic- totally not necessary with Sac’s climate. Stronghold sent Michael out- he was great. He came up with a very practical plan of using girders on jacks to support a heavy (long) wall for a fraction of the price of the others (less than $6k). What a relief. Manuel obtained a permit and answered questions I had as well. The working crew came in and got the job quickly.
